"I was really starting to second think booking through hotels.com anymore because my last couple of stays haven't been the greatest but this place was absolutely amazing from the staff to the room to the location to the amenities no complaints whatsoever. Large, well groomed property, beautifully decorated,immaculate housekeeping, decent food choices friendly and helpful staff and fun casino. At I must add an amazing price not sure if I got a super good special or if their rates are always that great but definitely check it out especially if you can get a good deal on it because it was worth it and then some"

"For the price charged it was adequate. Lacking little things like no kleenex in the room, only one waste basket. The bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast bar had no waffle maker."

"facility was "out " of things like coffee cups, towels, etc, they were coming, and came, but why would a hotel be "out?" this may be an expedia issue, but the Suites reservation picture where i clicked on, said this room was "seaside" view. THERE WAS NO VIEW AT ALL, toltally on the back side of the hotel."

"Tried to use the pullout coach, when we did there was a worm of some sort inside the bed. The bubble ceiling was literally falling down in the bathroom and well as having either mold or mildew, it was black. Needed towels and some trash bags, apparently they don’t deliver to your room, made you go dow to the 1st to get them and then they had to go elsewhere to get them. Supposed to be smoke free, numerous time there were smelling cigarette smoke along with POT blowing right into our room, hard to keep the door open. I told the front and they said they would do something, must not have as it kept happening. Hot tub was out of service which was a huge disappointment. Staff were fine. The view of course was great but you could easily get that from a lot of the other hotels near this one. "
