"Very friendly helpful staff, allowed us to have a meal in the restaurant even though they were preparing for a function. Room was clean and comfortable, tiny bathroom. We were able to hear the music from the prom celebration but the hotel had warned us before arrival. Very convenient stop for our early morning start to Plitvice Lakes."

The only downside to the hotel and Croatia in general is that everything is ridiculously expensive. As Canadians expect to pay double for everything if not more. For example, we came across Restaurants, which is only $60 Canadian. Adds up when travelling as a family of 5"

"We have just returned fromr 4 nights at Demar Residence. Our stay was perfect 👌. We arrived early and were presented with iced water and invited to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. The pool area is spotless, well maintained and towels provided.
