"I stayed here with my elderly mother and elderly aunt. We had two separate rooms on the first floor, and the one facing the parking lot where we stayed was much older than the updated room. My aunt was in across the hall. There was also an unpleasant smell in both rooms, but more so in ours. The à la carte breakfast was a little bit of a mess as it took way too long to order a coffees and a couple of bagels. That being said, the staff was all pleasant, the pool was lovely and the grounds were pretty. It was also in a convenient spot right next to shops and across the street from Publix."

"Last minute decision to go to Sanibel and was pleasantly surprised to find available at such a great resort! Updated rooms, great pool and bar, beach front and lunge chairs and hammocks! Would definitely recommend! "

"Let me start by saying the front desk staff offered me exemplary service, they were kind, informative, and efficient, 5 star service. However the rooms need a major facelift, while they were extremely clean, there were major issues from standing water in the bathtubs to bad patch jobs all over the wall walls to rust on the doors to the fact that the refrigerator sounded like it was going to blow up. It kept me up all night long. I even recorded the noise if you’re interested. With a little bit of attention to detail this property could definitely prosper."
