"Please see other review for explanation of what was not good about hotel in general. But for this specific stay, the date was booked incorrectly. I immediately changed the reservation and informed Relax hotel of the situation via a phone call. Relax told me over the phone that I would be able to receive a refund if I spoke to reception about it in person at check in. But then they refused this upon checking in. Awful stay on top of everything else."

"First few days in Morocca and still becoming accustomed to local ways. Check in seemed overly complicated, as we had pre-booked and pre-paid. Eventually got it sorted out ; it may just have been the manual entry of all forms into the system is not something we are used to."
