"First time at an Echo Suites. Staff super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Beds uncomfortable and loud. Room walls are thin and you can hear everything around you. "

"I was disappointed with our room during our recent stay. The room felt extremely dated. No usb chargers for electronics, which should be any hotel standard in 2026. We also were give a handicapped accessible room, which was not requested. The shower was aweful. The mattress was worn out as were the pillows. I would have asked for another room had we not arrived so late. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night and it was clean. I would never stay at this location again. "

"The manager would not honor you Hotels.com $$ and we insisted that we pay cash, we only had a card. then eh insisted that we inspect the rooms before we paid. We would have gone else where but it was late we had two children in tow. I have photos of the room that will disgust you"
