First time at an Echo Suites. Staff super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Beds uncomfortable and loud. Room walls are thin and you can hear everything around you.

Fox Run at Lake Lure
The check in availability was odd and closed early so that was wierd. The maintenance folks were very kind and helpful.

Loved everything: every single thing about this property was perfect! The cabin was just the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Our king bed was covered with super soft cotton sheets. Springmaid Mountain
Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
