"The room and the resort were fantastic, but the staff needs more hospitality training. Check-in was not very organized, and it took a lot of time. I felt like I had to go through a loophole for most things. Despite that, the resort had an amazing ambiance and was great overall. "

"Muy buena comida, el cuarto amplio y limpio, el precio bastante cómodo. Lo único que podría mencionar que no es conveniente, que la calle principal está enfrente y el ruido de los carros se oye bastante, aparte de el ruido lo recomiendo"

"The hotel is in good shape 👌, the rooms are acceptable and also the beds. Excellent staff very helpful and friendly specially Alexa. Thanks we definitely will comeback again. The only problem is the entertainment ,no tv."
