The place over always very clean on the inside and nice. The rooms are a little bit old, which is expected with an older building like this. Overall would give four out of five.

It's in DTLA so that should explain the area you're in but the hotel is safe and very pretty. Our room was wonderful and clean and the bed was comfortable. The down side is there is no hotel parking, they use a parking lot around the block and walk your way back. I would recommend this hotel just be careful when you're outside.

Removed one star because parking is $40/day and it's a huge unexpected expense. Besides that, the room has thos cool open concept bathroom and an unique decoration. The bed is super clean amd comfortable. Pool pictures with the great building architecture is a must and lots of walkable places to eat.
