This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. This was clearly an old apartment complex turned into a crappy hotel. The rooms smelled like cat pee and public pool. Everything looked like it was 100 years old. Even the security guards were playing cards with the “residence in the dark… To say I felt bait and switched is an understatement. I want my money back and the health department to swing by.#nope #areyoukiddingme #marriotsignedoffonthis?

Not up to Marriot standards. Property run down. They are renovating but that presents its own problems with construction containers scattered around the parking area. Room air conditioner was very loud.

Property was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had good options. The drawbacks were for us a very uncomfortable pull out my daughter slept on (a nice mattress topper would have helped). And the property looked its age- although it appears it may be going through an update soon. We had a nice stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Location just off 405 Freeway is very convenient. Breakfast is generous. Great place to stay in Long Beach.

Staff were wonderful and friendly. Room was OK. We got in late and it wasn't until the next morning that i noticed the bed cover had hair all over it. It looked looked like dog hair.

What a beautiful property! The staff was amazing. The ladies in the breakfast room were SO friendly. Check in was a breeze and the person at the front desk could not have been nicer.

This villa is very clean and made for a very relaxing day. We were able to cook a very nice dinner there were plenty of dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Parking right in front of our villa. And the property was beautiful! I will for sure be returning here for future stays in Long Beach!

Awesome!!!
The staff, checking in, the suite, hospitality, and checking out was excellent. It was very quiet and near a lot of restaurants. Great location. We would definitely stay there again.
