Good value for the price

It was clean and comfy. The heater did not work but they gave us an extra blanket and we wete cozy. We were traveling with our elderly cat so when we were checking out we couldn't leave the door open while loading our car. The only annoying thing that happened was our room key expired while we were loading our car, so we had to get another one to finish up, we had plenty of time before check out time. Otherwise good value for the price and friendly helpful service.

Room was clean

Exterior could be upgraded but room was clean. No coffee maker which is too bad as during the pandemic, many travelers are eating in their rooms but can't have hot water without a coffee maker, e.g. oatmeal, soup, tea.

The first night was quiet,the second night was noisy,other guests had thier music blaring all wee hours of the night,and upstairs they were moving the chair around constantly and scarping the floor,and stomping thier feet,it was horrible...

Rooms are spacious, nice bed, not too noisy if you get a room in the back. This Motel 6 is right on the busy Coast Highway. Unfortunately no office access or morning coffee at this time. You have to check in outside through a window due to the current condition (Covid).

Very noisy and shady

The first room we had was on the first floor near the street and office. It was hard to sleep with the traffic noise and with the guest above us being loud walking hard. The vending machines were next to our room too. All we heard was people chatting loudly as they were getting snacks from the vending machine. We complained to the office about our room and was switched to another room a little farther from the street on the second floor. The poor receptionist was too scared to even confront the guests about the noise! The second room was better. The towels were hard. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. They only offer a thin comforter and sheet to sleep in. The neighborhood itself was tweaker central close to downtown Long Beach. Stay if you need somewhere to do drugs and take a prostitute!

Extortion and Body Fluids

It was horrible and I was charged an extortionist fee for a mini room. The bed had pubic hair and body waste. I have hives and someone needs to contact me IMMEDIATELY to address that. How dare you all have the nerve to book the room. Responsive once she came in the next morning but it doesn’t makeup for booking the room or any room in that condition.

For the pricing point of nearly $190... I might as well gone to a 1 star hotel, to get the rude and unprofessional service for half the cost. Services amenities and requests were never fulfilled and/or available, even when offered.

Great staff and the highlight of this location. I've stayed here multiply times with little to no issues. For the price the value seems fair for this location. There is some maintenance issues that are easy fixes, but are an eye sore left unattended like a strip of decor being held together by tape. Parking is reasonable and have never had any issues with dings or dents when I return to my vehicle.
