"We went for my sons birthday and the staff made it extra special by adding balloons and a cheesecake and a sweet note wishing him a happy birthday. We stayed here for universal studios and the walk is easy and no more than 5-7min. They have shuttles as well. The Starbucks in there is great the best Iv ever been to in a hotel and the restaurant is yummy too. They where giving out popsicles to the kiddos as they cam into the hotel which my kids loved. We will be staying here again "

"The thing that makes this hotel so great is the location. It’s literally right across the street from the Hollywood park campus that has sofi stadium and the Kia forum. The room itself is big and clean and looks like it’s been recently upgraded. The only downside is that you have to valet your car (no self park) but what can you do. "
