Ok cozy spot

The beds in the room did a good upgrade Really close to food options and Long Beach Shoreline They could of cleaned the floors alittle better and change the shower curtains out and provide more towels thank god I took my own otherwise wouldn’t have the extra sets I requested

Everything was going great until……

Everything was great. Quiet area, room clean but when it was time to take a shower, all of the towels appeared dirty. I ended up ordering two sets (washcloths and towels) from Walmart and got it delivered to my room. I didn’t bother to contact front desk because they had plenty of time to fix this before my arrival.

A comforting stay.

I reserved the Jetted tub room which was not operable. We called for a technician but they were not able to resolve the issue. Check in was as quick as check out. Bed was extremely comfortable. A hand mark was noticed on the wooden bed wall.

(Small rant) Needed a last minute Affordable room. I found this place for a decent nightly rate. However, Nothing on the information details suggested there would be a deposit upon arrival. As I arrived, I went to the check-in office and was greeted with a upset facial expression as I told the gentleman I booked with Expedia after I handed over my itinerary and identification he then informed me that I must pay $20 deposit to stay which I did not have cash or $20 available to just give him as he proceeded to stand awkwardly and observed me with a disappointment look, I told him I would have to come back and figure out a $20 cash deposit. He proceeded to not say anything and just hand me back a key card and my identification and turned around and walked away. customer service, Definitely needs some work at this place. I was very surprised on the room as I was not expecting the cleanliness the upgraded flooring brand new bathroom with great AC that chilled the room ., smelt clean was not bothered by anybody got a great night sleep nice hot shower and was on my way. Definitely recommend this place if you need a quick getaway.

The staff I encountered were friendly, courteous, and professional. The large Jacuzzi tub was not cleaned properly. There was soap scum all around the lower portion of the tub. I had planned to use it for my arthritic hip and knees, but did not due to its condition. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was clean. Despite the shortcomings, I would use this property again.

Very sketchy area. Someone kept knocking on my door around 8pm and twice around 9pm. The TV kept losing signal, had to watch shows on my laptop. The room clean, but the towels had stains on them. I would not recommend this place.
