This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is really helpful, helped us check in early. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really great, large, and the shower room was amazing (nothing like taking a hot shower at the end of the day with a strong shower head). Plus, the room and the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. We had a great experience the first time, and we loved the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, this time around, we had a much worse experience. The front desk staff were not friendly and seemed annoyed by our presence. They didn’t even bother to greet us or answer our questions. The room we were initially assigned to was in terrible condition. The furniture was falling apart, and the bathroom was dirty. We had to be moved to a different room at 2 am one night because someone was smoking weed. Thankfully, the front desk person that night was understanding and moved us to a different room.

The room was not clean and the furniture was very worn with stains and the bed frames and headboards were peeling off the finish. Complained and was shown two other rooms and they were equally as bad. We couldn’t use the roof top pool because there was a huge party going on with inappropriate behavior. We did not stay. However the staff were very professional, polite and understanding.
