Personal y desayuno muy bueno. El resto, para un hotel de 4 estrellas y con este precio y este nombre, no está satisfactoria. Muebles rallados y viejos, piso y muros con manchas, sillas sucias y manchadas, piscina sucio y área de piscina en estado de construcción (o no sé que). Falta URGENTE mantención a todo el hotel.

Hotel con Restaurant con platos de alto nivel!!!

Quedamos impresionados con la calidez de las personas como Sonia y su excelente atención y a ello hay que agregar que el restaurant es lo que mas nos sorprendió. Excelente calidad de la comida, presentación de los platos, y los sabores mmmm maravillosos. Viajamos por el mundo entero y quedamos sorprendidos con cada plato que probamos del restaurante. 100% recomendado !!!!

Un asco de atención. Poco amable, sin solución, mala higiene en los cuartos. Tapiz roto, un enredo de cables en una esquina. Mal desayuno, desorganizado y poco pulcro. Meseros indolentes al desayuno. Lo unico genial fue la exquisita cena del restaurante. Nada mas

Hotel bem localizado, com entrada para o shopping e Cassino, quartos amplos, bom atendimento, porém é possível ouvir todo o barulho da rua e a noite ficou um som (tumtum) irritante, os travesseiros não são confortáveis.

Great stay on our father/daughter road trip visiting the town he was raised in. We were greeted with wonderful fresh raspberry juice when we arrived. They even served my cousins that came to town with us For the day. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere with delicious food. Some trouble with the elevators. They may be too small for this hotel. Only one was working so we waited very long to get to where we wanted to go.

Muy bien el hotel, el restaurante, bien la comida, pero se demoró 1.30 hora en llegar el plato, mal, mal. Me hicieron un descuento, pero hubiera preferido pagar el total. Parece que tienen fallas en el sistema de comanda.

Mala experiencia

Mala experiencia. Lo único bueno fue la atención de recepción. La habitación tenía una ventana que se filtraba el viento y sonaba bastante, pero nos cambiaron de habitación. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien, los ruidos del casino se escuchaban desde la habitación en el piso 6. Ascensores malos, al bajar por las escalas quedábamos atrapados. El desayuno es variado pero de mala calidad
