Es un fraude, no existe ese propietario.

No me pude hospedar, nadie me dio ingreso… mandé correo para que me dieran los accesos, nadie contestó, llegué y nadie me abrió. Tuve que hospedarme en otro hotel con otro costo… estoy muy molesto con uds. Quiero mi reembolso.

Not Transparent Policies - poor service

day we arrived, with the hotel citing a ‘Force Majeure’ due to weather—even though there was no inclement weather. When we called to understand the situation, we were met with an unhelpful response. It took assistance from Hotels.com to secure a refund, as the hotel claimed they weren’t liable due to their ‘Force Majeure’ policy. Very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of transparency.
