"Great stay. Helpful staff. Good bar. The shuttle driver was not good at his job and upset people. Could be easily solved by counting those that get on and stopping at the number of seats. Instead he would allow a bunch of extra people every time and then have them all get off. Such a waste of time. Walk to the right and go up the escalators. Faster and easier."

"The hotel is located, oddly, by the entrance of the freeway however, there was no significant noise that we were aware of. At least not the way other reviewers stated there was. The staff at the front desk were so friendly! Our room was very clean and this hotel offered amongst its amenities, a mini deodorant! I have traveled for many years to many countries and all over the US and this is a first for me! I absolutely loved that extra little touch of the deodorant."

"Location is great if you are going to or arriving from the LAX airport. There was a shuttle that left from the hotel as well as one at the car rental place. All so easy. Room was very comfortable. We were on the 7th floor which had quite a nice view of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you"
