"Though the property was clean and it served its purpose of being close to Knotts Berry Farm. A safety concern was brought up to the staff regarding putting us on the 6th floor with 2 toddlers and a window that does not lock and can easily been opened by kids. We asked to be moved to a lower lever but was told there were no available rooms. We managed to secure the window with our own lock and putting a wooden bar so we can sleep peacefully. Very unsafe and a serious if not a fatal accident if...
