I love how quick the check-in was, staff was very knowledgeable and professional. When we opened our room, it smelled clean, linen all were fresh and room is spacious. We enjoyed their clean swimming pool for hours! Breakfast was not the best, lack of option but for the price it is expected. Will definitely stay back in this hotel when we are coming back to the area in the future.

This hotel has doors that open to the outside. However, the rooms themselves have been completely redone and they look fantastic. Very safe area and very clean.

Last-minute overnight stay. My bed was hard and lumpy, you could feel nearly every spring in it so sleeping was uncomfortable. I got a little relief from putting the pillows behind my back. Front desk staff was helpful and had positive attitudes. Overall, stay was good for what is was but I wouldn't do more than a 1 night stay. Its just not worth the price.

NEVER AGAIN WILLL I STAY HERE . . . .

(1) The remote control for the TV did not work consistantly (2) Three times during the six days that I was there my room key flashed red and would not allow me access to my room.(3) The bed was only hanged one time (4) The third day I was there my room was not touched, no clean towels, and the toilet was NEVER cleaned the whole time I was there.(5) The morning breakfast was a joke, twice out of coffee (6) Only one of the three people behind the front desk were pleasant and professional.

We booked the room because it was the only hotel that had a pool and was highly rated, but the pool had a closed sign in it every day that we were there, even though it was beautiful and sparkly clean, and there was never anyone in the reception area to ask about the pool situation. There wasn’t a “Do Not Disturb” sign to put on the door, so we were unable to keep the cleaning crew out of our room.

The room we reserved specifically had a handicapped accessible walk-in shower as a member of our group can not step up high enough for a bathtub. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. We were told at check-in that this was not an option. Also, the room had a strong smell of mold. There were three of us in the room and we all woke up with headaches and swollen eyes. The second night, we tried to change rooms and were told there were no other rooms available. The front desk staff was well aware that we were not happy.
