"We had roaches in the first room. The second room the thermostat and ac system didn’t work. They charged me 50$ for late check out even when we left at 12:07..they charged $100 fee for damages but I video when we left and there aren’t damages "

"Great location and ok hotel but very worn. Staff was grumpy and not friendly. Pool was closed "until further notice." Rooms in poor condition and did not feel super clean. This hotel needs a makeover. Too many other options in town to stay here again."

"Quiet hotel off of 20. Kept very clean, satisfied with our room and amenities considering the price. Felt safe and comfortable during our short stay. If we need a hotel in Longview again we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The place was a great experience. I called before hand and picked this place to book because of their pool and it was shut down the night we stayed. I was very disappointed. However, they did give us breakfast for our inconvenience."
