"We were disappointed we could not check in before four. They said oh you used Expedia. Not sure if we could have if we booked directly. It was $20 for early check in. We were very disappointed as we had been up since five AM the lace was empty and room was ready. But rule was 4 pm. Or $20. Nice continental breakfast but restaurant closed. Complimentary early check will be a must next booking"
