"This property is well secured and they make you aware of how security is a priority. The shuttle was great, the staff was helpful. "After completing a 16-hour journey, I arrived at the hotel at approximately 8:30 PM last night. Following my check-in and a shower, I visited the bar and ordered dinner to be delivered to my room.
The meal arrived over one hour later. Shortly after the server left to retrieve the card machine for payment, I sat down to eat and immediately noticed that the food was completely cold. I contacted room service to report the issue and was informed that the Room Service Manager would call me back....

"Its a large hotel and fairly new.
The shower doesn't not work properly, the water temperature keeps changing from hot to cold and the shower area is too small plus the soap tray is fitted in the wrong place and you keep bumping your knee. The bathroom door came in for my friends room and the water doesn't drain properly"

"Die Zimmer sind sehr groß inkl. zweier Doppelbetten und Sessel.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und insbesondere die Ingwershots sind ein echtes Highlight.
Das Gelände ist riesig und gut gesichert, so dass man sich jederzeit wohl und sicher fühlt.
Zudem gelangt man von einem Ausgang direkt zum Spurs für das Abendessen, wenn man nicht im guten aber auch etwas teureren Hotelrestaurant essen möchte.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Winter ist es im Badezimmer sehr kalt, da es dort keine...

"When I checked in the room key machine wasn’t working so they had to open the door for me each time I left. They acted like it would be fixed in two hours but then found out the IT person wouldn’t be in until the morning to fix it. They should have told me that when I checked in!
