I stayed here for two nights and paid less for a week in Portugal. That is a ridiculous price and I wouldn't stay here again. In addition, with that price, breakfast is not included? Just because you can get people to pay these prices, doesn't mean that you should. I will stay elsewhere on my next work trip.

After 21 days driving the UK and staying at 10 different accommodations the Hyatt at Heathrow was the perfect way to spend our last night in UK. The rooms were perfect to relax before a 24 hours of travel ahead of us. Great breakfast followed by a workout in well appointed Gym.

Amazing staff, At the front desk Lucia was very friendly and explained to us every detail of the hotel that we should know, in the restaurant area everyone was very helpful, especially I don't remember her name but I know he was from Moldova.

Nice and clean hotel. Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Rooms small but clean and functional. Quiet. Easy walking access to restaurants. Only lowlight not fault of hotel is I took the hotelhoppa to get there. They don’t stick to a schedule, took forever. Take London bus instead U3 or A4.

Just a quick overnight stay after arriving from a cruise and departing from LHR. The check in was quick and easy. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was great (anking room that overlooked the airport). Despite looking at planes landing & departing, we didn't hear a sound. Great insulation! The restaurant down stairs was very nice with friendly service and two menus to choose from; regular restaurant menu and a more casual bar menu. The food was very good and served hot and promptly.

It was great to have a shuttle to and from the airport although we still had to pay for it. All was good except if you plan to take the shuttle back to the airport go extra early. The shuttle made at least 10 stops before arriving at the airport.

We had a good stay the night before our flight from Heathrow. The staff was very helpful. I just wish there was a better shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle is both infrequent and expensive. Because several hotels are on the same loop, it’s also slow, so we opted for an expensive Uber ride when we had to get to the airport quickly in the very early morning.

Good choice for staying near the airport. Impressed by insulation from the airport noise. Runways and take offs were clearly visible from our room, and we never heard a sound while watching a jet take off.
