The room is nice and has the essentials of what you need. Ary, Harry and Edwin were brilliant hosts and do a great job of ensuring you have everything you need or if you need to book something like snorkelling they’ll sort that out for you.

Nice place with great service

Very nice hotel with good service and the pool right outside the room was magical. The hotel it self and service of the staff was amazing but the location near the mosque during Ramadan didn’t give me any good sleep, even with earplugs on. Other than that, I would come back.

Helpful staff, convenient location for dining, snorkeling or shopping, and delicious breakfast with many choices. The rooms are small enough for those who don't spend a lot of time in the room, and there is plenty of water pressure, hot water, and desalinated water. If you plan to enjoy a series of outdoor activities in gili air, i recommend you to choose JAGO!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. Clean, super friendly staff. A/C was great. Pool was nice! Location was good. They only serve breakfast at the moment, but several cafes and restaurants around (I can recommend Optimiz Prime, a local gem not too far from there with local food - delicious!). Another plug, go to Mama Pizza to watch the sunset!

Great place & value. Highly recommend.

I've spent 3 weeks in Bali and this was the third, of six, properties I stayed at and by far was the best value. While the room is minimal, its comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The property is small, which is a bonus, and all rooms are along either side of the great pool. Very relaxing and is conveniently located to walk anywhere on the island. Its a short walk to where you arrive/depart the island, which is a nice bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

This is probably one of the best places to stay on the island. It’s really clean and modern with fresh water for the shower (I learned from others on the island that their hotels showers had salt water). The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pool is absolutely lovely…and they play the best music. They offer free filter water and good smoothies at a cost. You can also rent a bike from Jago, as it is the only way to get around the island besides walking. Enjoy your stay!

Jago Gili Air is convenient and a great place to stay close to the harbour. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are the friendliest bunch we met during our 2 week stay (we stayed in 4 different hotels). The rooms are nice and cosy with big bathrooms. The pool is handy whenever we got too hot! You can rent bikes for about 50k/day which was great and also you can arrange snorkel trips with them. It was a great snorkel trip where we saw 4 different areas around the Gili Islands and even saw turtles 3 times.

Great central location along the Main Street on Gili Air. It can get a little noisy with the horse carts going past if you have a room closer to the street. Staff are very friendly and happily arranged a snorkelling tour for us, at a cheaper rate than advertised by all street vendors, which was excellent. No frills, but clean, modern and in a great location. Note that the Wi-Fi service in the rooms was often poor, and TV channels had no reception.

A wonderful choice of accommodation that delivers the essentials well. The rooms are comfortable, the vibe of the hotel is laid back, the pool is clean and the breakfast options are delicious! Above all else, the owner and staff all go out of their way to ensure that you have the best possible stay. Winston, Cathy and crew (and Fluffy too), thank you!! We booked a snorkelling excursion through the accommodation, and it did not disappoint. Winston arranged everything for us at short notice and the experience was worth every cent. They also have bikes for hire, and a selection of board games in the common area that are sure to keep everyone entertained! The location is also convenient to the Gili Air Wharf, being a short walk up the main street to the property and is among many restaurant options. One thing to note is that there is a mosque nearby and the call to prayer can be loud. This is no fault of the property and nor should it put you off from staying here. If you're a light sleeper, the property even offer complimentary ear plugs if required. I would highly recommend Jago Gili Air - not only is it a comfortable stay, but the staff really make it a point of difference in making you feel very welcome.
