It was very dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Bathroom door knob was broke. Ants on the walls. Floor was squishy and sticky. Overall grose.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I’m not the type of person to complain but this hotel blatantly lied and blamed Expedia. I choose to stay at a wood cabin(lie) with my husband and 4 young children. There is absolutely no playground/ game room/ arcade as listed on the site!!! The cabin is just a room attached to the building with 6 windows floor to ceiling open to the public. Anyone can just stair at us in our beds/ futon. Ugh our room is very public and open to everyone who uses the walkway. Absolutely no sound proofing I’m listening to an employee talk to another in my bed and I can hear them clearly. People running around yelling. The bathroom doorknob fell off in my hand, and peoples clothes were left behind in the drawers and not cleaned out. Oh and DINNER at the bar and grill!!! I ordered beer battered cod and it was frozen fish sticks. The only nice thing was the nice wood they used. Rude staff. I give this whole place no stars and 0/10 rating. We literally came here for all the kids stuff and they ended up watching cars 3 on dvd because there was nothing to do. I want my money back.

The rooms are basic and good for a couple nights. The soak pools are great, they are big and water comes directly from Lolo Hot Springs, you can Smell the minerals in the pools and are very nice to relax in. They close the lobby and pools at 10pm, so if you are a late person this may impact you like it did me. We only enjoyed the pools for 1 hr unfortunately.

If you want to be unplugged this is where you want to be. No cell phone service, very limited WiFi and no cable TV in the room. No phone in the room to call the front desk. The room was spacious. The microwave was disgustingly dirty. There is a TV in the room to watch dvd movies that you can get in the lobby
