"The entire Piran experience is spectacular. The Hotel Piran is extraordinary. Breakfast, Room and staff are all amazing. Front desk staff is so helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. Besides they are all younger people. Very respectful. They coordinate parking as well. Swimming right in front of the hotel. Well worth it. Can’t say enough good things about how cheery everyone is. "The building is in central Trieste and easy to get to/from the train station. There is an Aldi three blocks away. The apartment was spacious and clean. Furnishings and supplies are minimal but perfectly fine. I couldn't get the wifi to work very well. It was always slow and sometimes intermittent. I also couldn't figure out the washing machine. There is only a front desk person available until 2 p.m."
