"Very relaxing and what you see is what you get."

"The property and the room we're immaculate and the Staff were very friendly and helpful! The toilet was a little hard to flush (handle was hard to push down) but younger guests might not consider that an issue. As for the view, I thought I booked a room with a view of the lake but instead only saw the roofs of other buildings and what looked like large air handling units with a few trees in the distance behind them (a nice brick wall would have been a better view). "Place was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly."

"The new ownership & management team are phenomenally helpful, professional & wonderfully friendly. Check-in & check-out was simple as pie and they managed a few technological hiccups with poise and confidence. The room was beautifully updated with all new modern amenities and exhibited tasteful aesthetics. Great water pressure and temperature and an advanced mini split A/C system kept me comfy as possible. The area is quaint with much to do within a few minutes drive. Can’t wait to come...

The three days we were there I did not see anyone win any money and that seems to be the norm for this place from what I’ve heard. Glad I only spent $60 on the slots. They charge customers $19.50 a day, as a “ casino fee” which is an utter and ridiculous rip off. The people at the front desk couldn’t even...

"I can't get ahold of my itinerary number to expense the trip and without that i cant talk to customer service. It is a nightmare situation on my end due to booking with expedia"

"The Swiftwater is a beautiful property and overall we had a nice stay, but I expected more attention to detail for the price point. There were four of us in the room, but only two towels were provided. The hooks behind the door were labeled for robes, but there were no robes, so I notified the front desk just to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for anything missing. There was also a bottle of wine in the room, but nothing clearly indicated whether it was complimentary or an additional charge, so...
