"Please add everything we need including a washer dryer, which was awesome because we are on a long road trip. Beautiful property and building very spacious, three bedrooms was super nice.
We would stay here again if we were in the area."

"The setting is terrific and even though we weren't planning on anything too energetic we enjoyed the walks. The main downsides were a small room with a very small bathroom and appalling service in the main restaurant for dinner. It appears that the majority of restaurant staff are on work experience (obviously early in the program)"
"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was good. Only minor gripe is a tiny elevator for people staying. Since it’s only 2 levels up, it’s no issue.
Staff, service, food, and ambiance were A+"
"I liked the staff. They were helpful. However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the spa. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive to the hotel and get checked in until about 7:15 or 7:30. I immediately went to the spa for a soak and sauna but discovered it closed at 8:00. I couldn’t use the pool as I didn't have a bathing cap. I could use the hot tub but half the jets didn’t work. I never made it into the sauna or steam room.
Breakfast was included, which is lovely. The meal was good but I had to pay extra for smoked salmon. I also found the parking to have very limited space. It was difficult to maneuver in such limited space."
"The Dean Galway was a lovely hotel but I should have booked with them directly instead of going through Hotels.com. I had to cancel my original booking through the virtual agent of Hotels.com because of a change in dates. I was reassured by the virtual agent that my cancellation went through and that I would not be charged by the hotel. I was charged by the hotel. I am trying to get my refund back but it is very difficult trying to get through to Hotels.com. I will never use their site again!"
"There was nobody there to check in.A notice was posted on the door to call someone as it turned out it was the owner who was in Dublin. No brekfast was available. The TV in the room was not functional.A lady later appeared at my door pleasant and understanding but unable to correct anything.I did not stay there I left and found accommodation elsewhere. Also there were renovations afoot not finished. The place looks nothing like it's web site.It was unbelievable to me that the proprietor or a designated manager were not there."
"Would have given 5 stars across the board but there was a scaffold right outside our window, despite requesting an ocean view. It isn't really walkable to much, but the onsite restaurant was very good and the view was amazing. There's also a quaint pub contained within the hotel, with an awesome Irish performer the night we were there."
