"Kings Mills is one of the finest hotels we've stayed in, in Europe and the U.S. From the beautifully manicured gardens to the lovely decorated king suite, the great bar, sitting room, and dining room, it is exquisitely maintained and managed by a superb staff. The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We loved the gardens and enjoyed having breakfast and tea after a long day out. We would definitely recommend it to friends and plan on coming back...

You also could not ask for a more centrally located apartment in Fort Augustus, with all its amenities on your doorstep. However I have dropped a star as we were not provided with the door access code or room, as promised, on the day of our arrival. In fact we never received this information at all! We were escorted to our room and familiarized with the amenities. Afternoon tea was wonderful! Everything was wonderful from start to finish! "Good clean hotel to stay for a night, a bit pricey but everything is in Scotland. There was an elevator which was nice. Parking was included and since we were leaving super early the next morning they offered us a to-go meal since we were missing breakfast."

"Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side."
