"Late check in was ok, nice to have a human at reception to assist. Our room ticked all the boxes however my co travellers had big problems with the shower, no pressure & cold "

"A really unique and beautiful B&B a short walk from Inveraray town centre. Rob was a great and kind host, and tended to our every need. We stayed in the Cairngorm Suite, a beautiful room with everything you could need and more, and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also to a high standard with great local produce. Would highly recommmend and would love to stay again!"

We only had breakfast and that was fine ..nice dining room.
Be mindful that the road can be twisty depending what direction your coming from, but your on the right road as your wifi might go on maps , but you can still see on the map if you look ahead that your going in the right direction 😉 "
"Great stay began with Scott at reception who was extremely helful and welcoming. We had a lovely room with a view of the Loch, very comfortable bed and great shower. The food was excellent as was the spa. We'll definitely be back 😊"
"I only spent one night here but I thought the the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and very comfortable, couldn’t get the TV to work but that could be me. The evening meal was good and served well.
One note to let it down, the surly staff member at breakfast is no help to your business."
"Where to start? What's not to like here. A stunning loch-side location; beautiful and well-appointed room overlooking the loch, Nespresso facilities, great shower-room. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and could not fault a thing. The choice, presentation and taste of the food were all superb. We had a minor issue in our room but the staff were onto it and it was fixed in no time. I couldn't recommend this place more."

"Charming old hotel with modern amenities. We were upgraded to the Victorian Suite which was a large room with vanity area and sitting area. The front desk was very accommodating and they answered all my texts prior to arrival. "
