Hotel sympathique, design soigné, tres bon petit déjeuner. La procédure de check-in en fin de journée n'est pas très claire (porte fermée) mais la personne est rapidemment arrivée.

Lejligheden er rigtig fin som hotelovernatning, med en god altan ud til gården. Køkkenet mangler service (tallerkener, bestik mm) og ovnen er ikke færdig installeret. Der er mange gode caféer og restauranter i nærheden

Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Person. Wir haben nicht gesehen, dass spätestens 18:00 Uhr Check-in ist und konnten problemlos viel später noch anreisen. Was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Minibaar mit Wasser. Es war spät und die Geschäfter waren geschlossen. Über 30 Grad und die Klimaanlage wird Nachts abgestellt. Genau dann, wenn man sie braucht. Was bringt einem tagsüber eine Klimaanlage, wenn man sowieso nicht im Hotel ist? Dazu kommt, dass bereits um 06:00 Lieferanten Pakete oder sonstiges in diesen schmalen schönen Altgassen abliefern. Der Lärm dabei ist extrem. Unser Zimmer ging direkt auf die ein Strässchen der wunderschönen Altstadt. Wir konnten nicht länger als 06:00 Uhr schlafen, was nicht so toll war. Das Frühstück à la carte war sehr lecker, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und der Innenhof sowie auch das gesamte Hotel, sind mit Liebe zum Detail so eingerichtet, dass man das Gefühl bekommt an einem besonders designten Ort zu sein. Die Mischung aus Alt und Prunk sieht schön aus. Alles in Allem ein beeindruckendes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Locarno. Ich würde trotzdem nicht mehr hingehen, da mir Schlaf sehr wichtig ist.

Hübsche Unterkunft in historischem Haus mit vielen Details. Zimmer gross um geräumig! Der Innenhof sehr schön! Das Frühstück war besonders aber einfallsreich! Das Servicepersonal freundlich. Was nicht so toll war, das als ich gebucht habe der Preis innert einer Stunde um Etliches gestiegen ist, und am nächsten Tag wieder gesunken ist!

The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!

Überraschend

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, mit einer ausführlichen Führung durch das mit Liebe eingerichtet Zimmer, so wurden wir willkommen geheissen. Genau das, erlebt man wirklich nur noch selten und ist grandios. Was uns überrascht hat, dass man sich die Zeit genommen hat und die weiteren, freien Zimmer gezeigt hat. Jeder Raum ist ein Unikat. Es war speziell!

Originelles Hotel an bester Lage in der Altstadt. Betreffend Komfort und gewissen Möglichkeiten (Parkieren, Velo deponieren, Lift, Zimmersafe) muss man bereit sein Abstriche zu machen. Sehr schöner Garten. Frühstück (feel good food) ist sehr originell und vielfältig. Aber eigentlich wird einem da täglich was aufgezwungen. Wir hätten ein konventionelles Frühstück vorgezogen.

Das Zimmer wurde mit 35qm angegeben - war definitiv kleiner. Sauberkeit (Badezimmer) lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wlan funktionierte nur gelegentlich - aber nicht, wenn zwei Personen gleichzeitig das Internet nutzen wollten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Lage ist gut!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Inhaberin mit Tipps. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch (und französisch und natürlich italienisch). Dir Zimmer sind mit Liebe zu den Details ausgestattet, alles Nötige vorhanden. Einziger Punkteabzug: der (massive) Preisaufschlag, welchen es bei Stattfinden vom Festival Moon & Stars gegeben hätte. Wäre aber wohl bei jedem Hotel in Locarno der Fall. Parking Casino ist sehr nah gelegen.
