"The hotel is in an ideal position at the edge of the village. It has ample parking. The rooms are well maintained although the single room is small. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast has a good variety and caters for most diets. The bar area was comfortable and clean and although prices were on the high side there was a good selection of quality drinks. I would recommend this hotel and will probably stay there again"

"Very nice YHA - this was my third visit! Extremely clean rooms, bedding and bathroom (3bed room en suite). Friendly faces behind the bar/reception. Ideal to walk Miners/Pyg Track - just across the room for both. Big self-service kitchen and dining room. Board Games/snooker room - plenty of space to lounge about with a licensed bar! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy. Even though it was already the end of August, the room still felt quite warm and poorly ventilated. At night, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from the hotel kitchen downstairs, which was quite disturbing. Apart from these points, the staff were all very nice and friendly."

The kitchen was well stocked either crockery, silverware, kettle etc. the bathroom was large and clean and the shower was wonderful. "We had a lovely stay here! The property is beautiful, spacious, and offers amazing views. It’s also conveniently located,just a 20-minute drive to Llanberis. The host was fantastic, with great communication throughout our stay, and they left a thoughtful welcome pack with tea, coffee, wine, cakes, and more, which was a really nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"
