"Simply beautiful, staff could not do enough to help, check in was easy and quick. Stunning location and a small village a short stroll away. Room was clean and adequate with all tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is continental with other options available to purchase. We had a full Welsh breakfast and avocado on toast and it was amazing. All topped off with stunning views would definitely recommend and visit again."

"In the first room 87 I think we had something underneath the carpet beside the bed. I did report it. I didn’t like having to take my bags through the streets to the room but could’ve easily been done by the people there. I didn’t realise that you had to go 100 yards down the road to go to the room. I would not have stayed that was three flights stairs up no lift second room number 77 same thing have to takeoff stuff out. Take it back to the Hotel and start all over again. "Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us. It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times. Good breakfast and all staff were friendly and in the main, helpful. Only received a “that’s not my job, see the bar staff” once on one of the evenings."
