"Quaint mid-century motor inn on the Western edge of Fredericksburg's historic Main Street. Rooms are period-authentic and spacious. Ours had a picture window view of the nature preserve behind the motel with deer and other local wildlife. Walking distance to nextdoor German-themed restaurant, and just a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops at the heart of the historic district. Reasonably priced, and friendly, accomodating staff. "
