"Absolutely amazing helpful staff! Very short stay at extremely short notice due to being let down by another hotel. Immaculately clean breakfast amazing something for everyone beautiful view from our window of the promenade and sea front. If I had to pick a negative and this is the only thing no lift and stairs to rooms which may put some people off other than that 5* thankyou "

"We have stayed here a few times now. It’s our Pet-Friendly hotel of choice. Service is always very good, always clean and tidy. And it is really a hotel that does not mind dogs. Maverick my Rough Collie loved it. He can’t want to go again (in two weeks)."

"Our stay was perfect! No trouble getting a parking space easy access to the building, to the lift which was great for my mum as she can’t do stairs that well.we had a Sea view room very clean beds were really comfortable had tea coffee facilities tv 2 x tub chairs and table nice to relax looking out over promenade.bathroom was very clean had no issues at all. Overall hotel was lovely. Had a lovely warm welcoming feel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection from cereal fruit yogurt toast full English. We had a three course evening meal hats off to the chiefs the food was Delicious! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again"

"Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Room was lovely and clean bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Perfect location, right on the promenade, town within 5 mins walk away. Breakfast £8.95pp and was beautiful and HUGE. No onsite parking but managed to park right outside the hotel and only costs £5.50 for 24hrs. We would definitely stay again"
