"We've stayed here many times before and the location is great. Just park in either of the nearby qparks. This time it felt a little like the room had been cleaned in a rush but tbh it's usually so good I probably expect too much. I will certainly use the hotel again. One other thing the usually excellent key card pick was not working so a large queue had formed which wasn't great. Staff unsure of why and when it would work."
