"Do not book this hotel! Our room, 620, had broken concrete with exposed rebar! The toilet did not work! The TV did not work, maintenance replaced the TV, and also the maintenance employee was unable to make it work. Entire building is in disrepair. The pool was dirty and equipment is rusty. Breakfast is another matter! Suggest anywhere else"

"I booked a room two months in advance but upon arrival the two bed. option was not available and I had to settle for a much smaller queen bed with a pull out. .no advance notice ,nothing else was available. The Mgr. Blamed Expedia. I paid for extra and no reduction until I pleaded my case when checking out. The morning Mgr did adjust down the price but I had little or no sleep . The room TV didn't work, the couch and chair were in need of repairs and air conditioner was running all night ,couldn't turn down or off.table lamps were dirty.not a goodnight."

"Our car was towed two times in one week because of a contract with the towing company and a.suppoaed policy. Management was not helpful and merely stated the policy. Do not stay here."

"Did not feel safe at this hotel. A lot of homeless on the street out front. My interior window on first floor room was unlocked when I checked it. Airport shuttle was nice but did not start till 6:00 am and did not run after 6:00 pm"

"WiFi was horrible. The area Maitland is really nice and high class in my opinion! They gave me a dirty room at first and I immediately asked to be moved to another room. The second was sooo clean I can smell the bleach as soon as I walked in which is completely ideal! Everything was great. The breakfast is just muffins, yogurt, bagels, coffee, water and cereal. Overall it was good I would stay here again! If you’re looking for something cheap and comfortable this is your place. Just make sure you check the room first. Prepare to buy breakfast & have hotspot."
