You could walk down to the beachfront but it was a reasonable climb back up the stone stairs, so if walking isn't your thing, you can take your car down where Eutopia have their own park behind the beachfront restaurants. Vathi is a lovely place to stay unless you are looking for party central. We loved it. There are enough restaurants to keep you busy and swimming is good. "A lovely hotel with very well maintained gardens. They do offer free of charge collection and delivery from the port(they have asked Hotels.com to say this in text many times but it still not advertised) which brilliant. Rooms are lovely and clean. Lovely soft towels and good quality bed linen. The beach is tight in front of the hotel. You can walk too the port along the beach and up some steps and takes about 15 minutes. Excellent beach bar.
