"Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape. The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean. I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. Once again such a great experience."

"We only stayed for 1 night with our dogs, the grounds of the hotel are stunning with lovely views. We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. "Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. While a fan had been provided, there was no air conditioning and the fan did little to improve the lack of ventilation. The room also did not appear to have been cleaned to a particularly high standard. There was a noticeable line of dust behind the radiator, and I found a small puddle of water on the bathroom floor upon entering the room. The sound insulation also appeared to be very poor.
