"Location excellent, apartment clean, parking spot for apartment excellent. Things that could have been better: more towels needed: only 2 bath towels/1 hand towel/towels very old/ no rug/ only shower liner/only small bottle of lotion & conditioner. 1 trash bag, no paper towels in kitchen, dish soap enough for 1 wash, pans need to be updated. Only 1 outlet on counter worked. Master bed mattress needs to be updated - roll to the middle - slept on sofa bed Plastic chairs in dining room. Garden but no where to sit. The little things that make your stay easier or make it feel like home were missing"

"Elizabeth and Victor offered to carry our elderly auntie who has a broken hip up/down several flights of stairs since the building lacked an elevator, as well as giving her a separate room for one night. They went above and beyond to accommodate us!"

"Pros: close to the airport and to port and a short uber away from little Havana and downtown. Property is cute in a quaint Florida summer house kind of way. Bar on site was a cool vibe and seemed very fun. King bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean. There is no individual air conditioning in the room it is central ac but I found the rooms a comfortable temperature. Cons: there are no elevators. I would not recommend if you have mobility issues - even the reception desk is up a small set of stairs. Getting to our room on the third floor with heavy bags was somewhat difficult due to the amount of stairs. There was a place for us to store our luggage as we arrived early which was nice. Many people were checking in at the same time and there was only one employee at the desk so it took a long time. We checked in at 4pm and some of the couples ahead of us were asked to wait an addtional amount of time for their rooms to be cleaned (even though check in was at 3pm). The other negative was the noise. The restaurant had a DJ and was open until 0100 am with loud music. The hotel is also very close to major roadways and the traffic noise was very loud until very late at night. I used earplugs and had no issues with this but it may bother some. This hotel would be a good option for younger travellers on a budget. If you’ve stayed at nicer hostels and dont mind taking stairs then you would enjoy it. I would not recommend to older people or those with mobility issues "

"The directions to check in were confusing. Upon entering the room, there was a dead lizard in the middle of the living room. It is listed as a sleeps 4, with a pull out couch. When trying to use the pull-out couch, there was debris, garbage under the bed and it was not clean at all. There were a few open parking spots, so we took what was available. The next morning we found out we parked in a residents spot. We stayed here to walk to loanDepot Park, but would rather pay more to stay somewhere else."
