"Fabulous find, great communication from owner, arrived late and excellent direction to rental was given. On entering the property was very impressed, what a bargain for such a lovely property. Would definitely recommend Birds Farm if your visiting Colchester or surrounding areas."

"Tea and coffee is only warm for breakfast despite asking for hot said it was the hottest they could make it. Reception on the tv is not great or the WiFi Staff are very nice."

Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! "
