"Pool heater wasn't working, hotel needs a total upgrade, and the view outside the windows were unappealing un pleasant. "

"Holes in the wall, broken tv remote, very sketchy sounding elevator, rust all over the bathroom, drain didn’t work properly. There were a lot of things wrong but mostly cosmetic- if just need a place to stay then it’s fine. "

"Very nice comfortable stay. Although not close to lots of shopping and restaurant options that is just minutes away. I definitely would stay here again when an overnight stay is needed!"

"The staff at Embass Suites in Charleston was very friendly and accommodating. There are two areas that could be improved. We went to breakfast at 7:45 and most of the hot items were gone. Also, accessibility to the stairs as an alternative to using the elevator could be improved i.e. where are the stairs located?!? and when we finally were able to find and use the stairs, the exit was onto the street!"

"Stay was fine but I called in advance to make sure there was a 24 hour shuttle for Monday 3/2 at 3:30 am to airport. I was staying at Marriott so I wouldn’t have to drive that early in the morning. Upon checking in, I was told that there was no driver until 5:00 am that day. "
