"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly which added to the perfect environment. My room was very clean and perfectly positioned to catch the light in the morning. I had the most luxurious massage (thanks Stephanie) and I'm already planning my next visit.
The grounds are immaculate and I loved seeing the ducks in the moat.
Kris and Gemma were on the front desk. They were very attentive and appear to genuinely love there job.
Overall, my visit to New Hall Hotel & Spa was perfect...
"The Woden is always a " go to ' place for us guaranteed a comfortable stay. The rooms are impeccably clean. The room had great facilities. Towels shower gels tea & coffee even water in bottles. Plates cutlery and a fridge. Everything and more. The beds are so comfortable and the place is so quiet. "
"Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldn’t have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. "Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful.
The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "

Food ordered at the bar was just okay, but the restaurant offered a noticeably better dining experience. Excellent free food choice for kids.
