Great stay at this hotel. Staff were lovely especially Gerry on Reception who really helped us out to ensure we had the best stay. Food was lovely and location is perfect for M6 and M5. Clean and very quiet at night. Excellent hotel. Thank you.

Friendly staff. The beds were probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in! We were a bit disappointed with the pool area and changing rooms as quite tired and also sauna out of order. I don't think the pictures look like the pool area unless they were taken a long time ago. Overall good stay and handy for the Alexandra stadium.

Decor in rooms tired and it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Lobby area was nice and the staff I interacted with were very good. Location handy for M5. Paying extra for parking was a nuisance but overall stay was ok if you need to be in that location.

We stayed at the hotel which has easy access to the M5. We used the tram to travel into Birmingham for the cricket. The staff were very friendly, very helpful. Breakfast had something for everyone, also catered for eating intolerances too. All in all a great location with great amenities together with very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely privilege room. Aircon broken on floor 4 so no alternative rooms of same grade downgraded to standard room at our choice. Still a decent room but definitely worth paying the extra. Leisure facilities free to guests so another plus. Breakfast busy and maybe one or two extra staff would have helped a better flow but good choice and plenty of it. If younpay on sport ots 18 pds so again consider bb option rather than room only. Overall worth the money and apart from the aircon breakdown which was solved we were very happy

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and chatty, really helpful too. The room was clean and the hotel stay included free access to the gym/fitness centre which was a lot better than could be reasonably expected, as well as a jacuzzi and a steam room. The pool was out of order and I didn't try the breakfast as I had an early morning for an event but would definitely stay again if I'm in the area

Room was clean but air conditioning on the hottest day of the year wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed. The hotel couldn’t offer us a change of room as it was fully booked. I had to chase reception for a fan and eventually got one. We ordered room service but this did not arrive an hour later so had to visit the restaurant myself to chase up. They apologised and removed the room service charge. Then waited another 30 mins for the order to arrive. On a positive note the breakfast was good.

Always seem to get a room furthest from reception, however clean, comfortable and quiet. Good facilities although can get busy in the pool and gym at certain times, ease of location M5/M6 junction makes for a good overnight business stay. Plenty of car parking (chargeable) and a good 10-15 minute walk into West Bromwich town centre.

Firstly I just want to point out how well kept the rooms are as well as the restaurant and reception area. Lovely hotel, friendly staff especially the staff we met at breakfast and on that note what an amazing breakfast it was, plus fresh eggs! We did have a wonderful stay. The one thing to let this hotel down was the pool, jucuzzi area. We felt it is in desperate need of an upgrade, lots of things not working but just the interior needs a bit of TLC painted and cracks here and there. My husband said the male changing rooms were awful and dirty. Over all a pleasant stay, loved the king bed in our room and glad we upgraded . We would stay again however wouldn’t book purely for pool facilities, pool is also very small which I know can’t be changed but is in need of a makeover.
