"Make use of your do not disturb signs on the door to avoid house keepers knocking on your door at 9:00am. There was so much noise from the house keepers early in the morning, then at 9:00am they started knocking on your door to ask if you are checking out today like seriously.After checking in so late from a long drive the last thing you need is someone disturbing the Little sleep you are trying to get to continue your journey. The front desk staff kareema was very friendly and helpful to our needs."

"The only 2 things I didn't like: no complimentary breakfast, and no way to obtain water or beverages after 11 pm. I would think in such a nice establishment, we would be able to buy a bottled water any time of night. It's kind of a food desert, the hills are tough for some people, so having more convenient beverages would make this stay 5 stars. Otherwise this place is amazing! I love the Starbucks being right there in the lobby. The staff was very very courteous and welcoming. I might try again and bring my own packs of bottled water!"
