"This fully renovated Victorian hotel is a rare gem. The stained glass and intricately cut mouldings are gorgeous. The dining room is outstanding. I could imagine eating in there in the 1800's. The garden area in front was also lovely. We ate in the restaurant there, and the food and service was excellent. I felt like a queen at this place. The only thing I would change would be the nude artwork above our bed. Be sure to take time for some tea and scones."

"This hotel is so cool! When I booked, I didn’t realize it was a 1920s building decorated in art deco style. We loved exploring the shared rooms, such as the billiard room, library, and lounge - it reminded me of being in the game Clue. Antiques and stained glass windows added to the charm. Very unique. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated with all the amenities we needed - very fun and memorable stay. The parking entrance is steep, so you have to plan your angle of approach, but it was fine."

The room was serviced well, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated the effort taken to keep everything in good order. For travellers looking for clean, tidy and well-cared-for accommodation, I would recommend considering this motel. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good option for future travellers. (Only downside is that Hans the manager, cannot find a chef to operate the Restaurant.)"

"I loved my recent stay here, I didn't want to leave. Everything was so convenient, turn left there was Coles, Woolies, Kmart, Big W just 5 mins walk away. If you turn right there's 5 mins walk away from Katoomba RSL. Then there's the local restaurant and shops along the street. Everything was just easy to get to. It was only 5 mins drive to Scenic World. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a room right across from Aldi which was facing the main road but it was so quiet, no major noises the police station was just the street too. There was no sirens going off at night. Just a beautiful relaxing comfortable stay. Thank you so much."
