"The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and we checked in at 1am. We were able to park in their garage for a daily fee but worth it to keep our rental off the city street. I’m traveling with an injured knee and room service brought me ice each night and added a little chocolate treat the second night when we called. The hotel was located in a great spot. All popular areas were with in walking distance. As well as the train station. Overall great day for the 3 days we spent in Lisbon."

"The climate control for the room worked great. The location of the hotel is good. I was able to find parking near the hotel on Sunday and was able to walk close by to take the Porto Metro to Baixo-Chiado and Chiado. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful."
