"The location of the hotel is in a more quiet area of Lisbon but still easily accesible with public transportation. I wish the cleaning products will have less strong scent as some people have sensitivity to scent. Otherwise, good hotel."

"The location is great, as they run a free shuttle to the airport. They have a decent bar and restaurant, so you can eat there if you have an early flight. Breakfast buffet was fine and is included. Supposedly an indoor pool and spa area, which we tried to find, but couldn’t. Thought it was down on basement level, but must have misunderstood, as it wasn’t! We were too tired to use, anyway. Only 2 things we didn’t like: they charge you for water in your room / ridiculous. They said one bottle was free, then you have to pay for another, which is silly when 2 people are staying in the room?! And no free snacks in room, all for a fee. We were paying enough for the room, so just kind of nickel-and-diming, we thought. Also lighting in the room is horrible - very dim recessed lights made it hard to see anything."

"Nuestra experiencia en el Tivoli fue excelente de principio a fin. El área de parqueo fue muy cómoda y práctica, el desayuno estuvo delicioso y con muy buena variedad — definitivamente valió los 12-15 euros. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención: todo el personal fue amable, atento y profesional en cada momento. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. Sin duda le damos 5 estrellas y volveríamos encantados. ¡Altamente recomendado"

"Everyone was so nice & helpful. We ate Dinner at the indoor area by the pool and had a great time thanks to the staff. The manager Joseph was so nice and helpful. He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe.
