"Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fabulous - opens from 2am with a continental breakfast and hot options from 5am. Shuttle was late but still arrived with plenty of time."

"Epic Sana was an absolutely great hotel. They ambience, food, staff, and etc. The only thing I would recommend is that if checking in early cannot be accommodated, that they still allow those who have reservations to at least be able to use the amenities while they wait for a room that’s at least what the other hotel did for us, even though that hotel did not compare in amenities and location."

"Dorma Saldanha was located close to public transportation and very convenient to places of interest. The hotel was well maintained and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a relaxing and quiet stay at Dorma Saldanha and I would definitely stay there again during my visits to Lisbon."

"Very central and elegant tree-lined boulevard with walking distance to everywhere, restaurants, high end shopping and attractions. Stayed for 4 nights but disappointed after hot water was not available after the second night. Had to call reception the second time and it kinda got solved-it was a long wait of running water to finally get hot water. Out of compensation, I presume, proper room slippers appeared on the 3rd night."
