This hostel was in a very convenient location but can be a bit sketchy at night. We had a late flight and I tried contacting the hostel many times to make arrangements for late check in. The description says to contact them if arriving after hours so they can leave the room key in your room. They did not respond to any of my emails so I got Expedia to call and they were told that we could only check in until 12 am. If after that, they would not let us in. Our flight landed at 10:30 pm so this was very stressful! Had I known this, I wouldn't have booked it. Luckily we got to the hostel at 11:40pm but stood outside in the rain for 15 mins until another guest let us in. Terrible service and communication.

Friendly and clean
Welcome Hostel is a nice and friendly place. Guests have kitchen and nice terrace outside, clean bathrooms and a friendly staff/ We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect location and reasonable price!!
We had a check in around 09:30 PM. It was easy to find a hostel. The main door was open and there where nobody waiting for us, but we found an informative letter. Everything went well. We stayed in a private double room with shared bathroom. Room was clean and nice. The bed is too small especially if you're taller than 160cm or a bit overweight. There is no beauthiful view from windows. Location is perfect! All the common areas are very clean. It's nice to have your own meal and to catch a sun light on the terrace. Sound isolation is poor so it depends what kind of neighbors will you have. Overall it's a quiet cheap place and it's better as I thought it might be.

Stay only if you're broke or desparate
This hostel was a almost a complete disaster. There was only one shared bathroom on the top floor that offered privacy--otherwise you had a sink in the hallway, a toilet and a shower in a closet. Not great to brush your teeth in public while someone is using the toilet two feet away. There was no 24-hour security as advertised and the place is on a sketchy street with people hanging out offering you hashish. I waited outside for 10 minutes with my luggage before anyone let me up. The staff is pleasant, and the place is clean, but very downscale, even for a hostel. They were doing construction at midnight. I checked out two days early.

The room was considerably big and the bed was nearly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. For the price paid and considering the location (very central) I had a good stay. Please note that: in my bed there was just one blanket, so it was a little bit cold at night as there was no heating. The sheets seemed clean but not totally (as I saw hair on it).

Boa localização, mas um ponto que achei que poderia ser melhor é em relação ao banheiro. 1 único banheiro para 4 quartos e que as vezes tem que esperar muito para usar. Poderia fazer mais um pelo menos.

Logement vieux et petit mais très bien situé
Décorations et meubles assez anciens et chambre petite. Assez bruyant dans la rue. Mais très très bien situé ! Et nous étions heureux d'avoir un ventilateur vu la chaleur.

한박 묵었는데요! 리스본 구석구석 다니지 않아서 그런지 위치는 좋았어요! 그리고 주변에 엄청 큰 아시안마트가 있는데 개꿀탱.... 이탈리아 교환학생인데 이탈리아 한인마트보다 물가가 반값,, 이더라구요 (그래서 좀 쟁여옴) 대신 싼만큼 딱 호스텔이 그 가격값을 했구요 수건도 주셨고 공용화장실도 칸이 나뉘어져있는데 꿀팁은 한층 부엌쪽에 그냥 집화장실 같은 곳이 있더라구요 거기서 샤워하니까 좋았습니당. 부엌도 있구요! 직원분들도 친절쓰 다만 진짜 빵움이 찌짜 안뙈떠여 꾸래쏘 옆빵 띠빠놈뜰이 무슨 홌흐텔에서 파띠를 하눈데 씨끄러워써 쌀쑤까없었떠여 이거 빼고 짱이었답니다~ (가격대비)

Au arrivé au hôtel ils déjà donné le chambre a autre personne et le hotel c'est pas que montré la fhoto jétais mal traité la réception et est partie avec mon Ami et les valises a 1h du matin pour trouvé un autre hotel horrible la situation.

Je 150 steile Meter von Rossio oder Martim Monitz entfernt. Zimmer sehr einfach mit grossem Bett, 2 Sesseln, Tisch und Venilator zugestellt. WLAN inbegriffen. Nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut (enge Gasse, Müllabfuhr und laut redende Gruppen). Bad, WC, Küche und kleine Terrrasse zur gemeinschaftlichen Benutzung. Familienbetrieb, freundlich, hilfsbereit, flexibel.

Bienvenue à Lisbonne.
Les chambres ne sont pas toutes identiques. La chambre n°7 est étroite avec une fenêtre de toit (pas de penderie, pas de télé) La chambre n°15 est plus grande avec fenêtre sur rue, une penderie, un canapé en plus du lit mais en guise de sommier une planche en bois... Les couettes sont douillettes mais certaines étroites et vous vous réveillez les pieds à l'air gelés. Les douches et sanitaires collectifs sont propres aux couleurs gris et blancs, eux aussi étroits (difficile d'accès pour les personnes de grande taille ou corpulente) Les avantages: *proche du Teatro(métro Rossio) mais ça grimpe sec pour y accéder *la cuisine au 2ème étage (micro-onde, bouilloire...) *la petite terrasse qui permet de prendre ses repas *les 2 jeunes filles présentes sont charmantes, discrètes et efficaces: FELICITATIONS.
