Enjoyed my stay, staff are very welcoming. A lovely place to relax and wind. Close enough to Lisbon and major landmarks for sightseeing. Check out the local area, there are a couple of traditional Portuguese cafes and shops close by. Other quests were quite friendly & day visitors added to the vibe.

It is what it is Basic 3*

Overcharged on arrival! Owner charged the price Expedia sent, which was the wrong price! (Not owners fault) I had to sort with Expedia which was a pain! Overpriced @ €149 per night for an Eco Garden room - Eco meaning economy, not Eco friendly Hotel isn’t luxurious! Titled as a beach hotel - RIDICULOUS ! Room not soundproofed! Dog in neighbouring property barked constantly 3 out of our 5 night stay Next door room snoring and having sex was very audible! Travel needed for all food, except continental breakfast (breakfast offering was limited, but ok) No restaurant on site, as detailed on here Bar was good, lots of choice Outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gardens all good! Expect daily paying visitors, mainly coming to use pool, sauna, stem room & cruising area (not detailed on Hotel.com) The 13 bedrooms would have 26guests, however on one day there was appropriately 60 people using the pool and other areas detailed above Detailed distances to places, according the the owner in a straight line e.g. 2.6miles to the beach is 6km walking or by car slightly longer

Un hotel para disfrutar sin complejos.

A destacar la excelente disposicion del personal para atender al visitante.Marcos un relaciones publicas cercano,empatico que transmite energia positiva a loa huespedes.Magnifico desayuno.El hotel no esta cerca de restaurantes ni de la playa y es recomendable acceder en coche. Es un hotel diferente a lo habitual por tanto hay que estar dispuesto a disfrutar con respeto esa diferencia.

Always perfect in Villa 3

Ik kan Vila 3 ten zeerste aanbevelen. De locatie, niet ver van strand 19 en dichtbij de snelweg, was perfect. Marco’s en Fernando waren altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met een gevarieerde selectie aan gerechte, inclusief “pasteis de nata”. We hebben genoten van onze verblijf en zouden we terugkomen in de toekomst.

This place is wonderful. I have stayed here twice, and the owners have always made me feel like family. Wonderful place to relax and unwind, while meeting new friends from all over the world. Gay paradise

Amazing stay at Villa 3. The pool area is sensational. Great for sunbathing in the day, and if someone catches your fancy, there's always the dark room cabins near the pool for a bit of fun. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful and Eddie and Marcus were excellent hosts.
