"This is an excellent family-owned hotel with fabulous decor just a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal. It's location about 3 minutes from the main street means it's nice and quiet. "It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!"

"Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible"

"Healthy, delicious, plentiful breakfast I’m lined with your room, exceeds expectations. Beautiful grounds, multiple pools, gorgeous rooms with the most comfortable beds. The location is walkable to many nice spots and plenty of restaurants. The restaurants at the resort are very good. Splurge for the Michelin Stared places, because the other restaurant, is good but still expensive, pay the extra and have something great. Service is good, especially the housekeeping staff. The
